Can I export Lands for importing into GeoScout?

Yes! Create a mineral profile containing the specific prospects you require and then use that profile to run Export Lands for Mapping. The output file can be used to import into GeoScout.

How do I change or add a company logo?

Access the BA window, locate the company you require, right-click and select letterhead. Right-click on the letterhead logo list and select Add Logo to add a new one.

Is there a way to re-print invoices?

If you just printed the invoices, and need to re-print, then check the reports directory (accessed via Tools, Open Reports Directory). If the invoices are still listed here, you can print them from this screen. If some time has passed, you must cancel the invoices in LandRite and rerun the process from the beginning.

We have a new BA in the system from QByte, but it doesn’t show up in our drop-down lists. What’s wrong?

A new BA must have a land code to display in drop-down lists throughout the system. To add a land code, access the QByte interface, search for the BA in the LandRite Business Associates window, right-click on the BA and choose Edit.

How do I turn off automatic file naming?

Sign into LandRite, select File and choose Admin Options. Open the Automatic File Naming tab. Uncheck the option beside the file type you require. Thereafter that type of file will display “pending” in the file name/number, where you can manually enter the name you require.
