System Administration

- We recommend Chrome or Firefox.
- To change your password, select your user ID from the top right of the screen (next to Help) and choose Edit Profile. Check out this tip sheet for more detail.

Reports and Exports

- There are a variety of ways to generate a report. Watch this video to walk you through the options.
- The option to show leases in a project on a report is stored under the Advanced Options section of the report generation screen.
- For a file to display in the Accumap Export, it needs to have a DOI selected as the active WI. Navigate to the Split, open the Divisions of Interest tab, select the interest you require and enable the Active button.
- For a lease to display in a Rentals Report, it needs to have a DOI selected as the active rental. Navigate to the Split, open the Divisions of Interest tab, select the interest you require and enable the Rental button.
- Yes! In the Reports tab, select Exports, Contact Exports. This exports all the contacts in your system to an Excel file. You can use the file to generate labels and mailing lists.

General

- The legal description search requires a minimum of the township, range, and meridian (e.g. 25 11 4). Sections are optional, but if used they should be entered following the meridian (e.g. 25 11 4 15,16,17).
- Please check out this tip sheet for step-by-step instructions on creating a new project.
- There are three places where cost centers come into play - in the Well, in the Mineral Split, and in the Area. If the Well doesn’t have a cost center, it looks to the Mineral Split. If the Mineral Split has a Rental cost center it uses this, otherwise it refers to the Area. The Area cost center is largely used for non-producing.
- Yes! Simply create a project containing the wells you require and then run reports for all wells at once using the Project module.
