  • The well spacing for wells with multiple zones is changed to consider the default spacing unit when some zones intersect PSUs and some do not.

  • The error created when generating expiry recommendation report caused by the license group printing at the end of the page is now fixed.
  • The mineral rental package uses an extension date when determining if a mineral file is expiring.
  • The mineral summary report shows the correct acreage unit when all splits are terminated.
  • Lessor royalties no longer show twice on a well summary.
  • Net acreage values are now correct on acreage reports.
  • Well profiles are fixed when searching for long well statuses or products.

  • Deleting a facility allows facilities that have a record log of ownership changes to be deleted.

Surface

  • Under a certain scenario, the surface audit log can show a mineral split identifier. This is now fixed.
  • The application no longer crashes when adding payment in Surface Payment History, while the Mineral Lease extract window is open.

Mineral

  • Changes to a mineral lease in the Mineral Lease Change Validation window can include unrelated changes to JI agreements. This is now fixed. This issue also no longer causes the mineral lease summary report to show that the mineral lease was updated by the user who made the change to the JI agreement.
  • Mineral audit table correctly logs if a land right is removed from a contract.

Wells

  • Well scenario search functions correctly for NTS map services with 3 digits.

Reporting and Exporting

  • The Well Ownership report generates correctly when royalty information is longer than one page.
  • Generating Surface Rental Calendar report no longer causes wells to be printed on top of each other.
  • Under a certain scenario, generating a Well Summary Report used to crash the application. This is now fixed.
  • Report information is available in the report monitor when generating a Mail Ballot report.
  • AFE information is removed from the Mail Ballot report if it does not apply (MS word).
  • Unused labels for rental and security deposit in Fee Title Summary report no longer display.

Other

  • Under certain scenarios, the lessor royalty product name displays incorrectly if LandRite is setup to interface with GeoScout. This is now fixed.
  • Previously, GST coding on QByte rental entries would reject entries. This is now fixed.
  • If you saved a Flexifind search without a search name, it no longer displays a generic error.
  • The length of the owner drop down list is increased in the Flexifind obligation module.
  • Some controls are partially visible in the Service Agreement Contacts window when resizing the panel. This is now fixed.
  • Word wrapping enabled in the unit tract net royalty comment field.
  • Inactive BAs display the correct color specified in the User Preference.
  • The DOI tree reliably automatically opens the current DOI.
  • The cheque request remarks validation functions correctly.
  • The Pandell Projects interface no longer issues an error message when there are no subfiles or requests ready for importing into LandRite.

    • Attempting to delete a user that is currently logged, which is not allowed, no longer removes part of the user’s information.
    • The Save button now saves the User Preference selections in the User Manager.

  • JDE Subledger Modification - The monthly rental interface from LandRite to JDE provides an option to identify certain Lessors so that their rental payments are directed to a JDE account different than normal accounts payable. This option is used for “auto debit” payments to entities like the Alberta and B.C. governments. In order to comply with recently introduced federal legislation to report all payments to any government, a change has been made to allow for a category to be specified in the sub-ledger data column of the entry. This change affects both mineral and surface monthly rental payments.

New Tip Sheet - Pandell JV Integration
  • LandRite is now partially integrated with Pandell JV. LandRite users can now create a JV export which the accounting team then easily uploads into JV. No more manual inputting of vouchers.
  • 'As at Date' option in acreage reporting is now fixed to always be the current date.
  • Acreage reconciliation report now shows the name of the two files that were compared so it is clearer what was being reconciled.
  • Updated the EnergyLink surface rental export to include all the information currently displayed on invoices.

User Manager

  • Created a User Details Tab in the User Manager tool so that clients can manage their own company’s user accounts. Note: Special permission is required to operate User Manager.

Other

  • LandRite now has a one way integration with Pandell JV to sync up the Business Associates between the two systems. LandRite runs a nightly routine to grab new BA’s from JV and uploads it into the system.
  • Added "Online Support" option to the Help menu drop-down that links directly to Pandell’s help site.
  • For the Qbyte BA interface only, new BAs are no longer created with an effective date of the current date. The new BA’s effective date is now defaulted to 1900-Jan-01.
  • The terminated indicator (*T*) now displays on the “Related Fee Leases” tab of a Lease Misc window of a Fee Title file.
  • The application has some Pandell LandRite branding changes added.
  • JIBLink references within LandRite have been re-branded to EnergyLink.
  • iLand references within LandRite have been re-branded to Pandell Projects.

  • The Well DOI window had a bug where the historical DOI was being displayed (only in specific circumstances) instead of the current DOI. This is now fixed and showing the current DOI.

Contracts

  • Changes made to a Contract file via an amalgamation are now logged. This will in turn update the Contract Summary report’s “Last Updated Date”.

Joint Interest

  • In the Tract Window of Joint Interest, resizing no longer updates to automatically select the first tract.

Reporting and Exporting

  • The Contract Summary report no longer fails when more than 50 current parties exist on the file.
  • The Mineral error summary report no longer includes acreage from terminated splits when calculating rent.
  • Mineral Rental profiles, with specific leases selected, are now able to be used within Rental Packages without any errors.
  • NOA report - word format – is now finding the correct addressee for the assignee.

Other

  • Removed the requirement for a business unit to be associated to a project in order for a region to show on the Fee Title Summary report.
